FAQ
Contracts, payment, what's not included
Is there a contract?
Monthly services (content, care plans, AI front desk) have a 3-month minimum, then run month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Website builds are a fixed quote paid in two parts.
What is not included?
Paid ad spend, third-party software fees (booking systems, the AI platform’s usage fees above the included allowance, domain registration), printed materials, and travel outside the Vail Valley. Anything extra is written into your plan before we start.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Monthly plans are billed on the 1st. Website builds are 50% to start and 50% at launch. You get one invoice a month, for everything.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at the start of any month. Move up when the season gets busy, move down when it goes quiet.
